Worse customer service, especially if you want to take your money there treat you like you're asking a hand out. I guess they don't have to be nice since their customers are minorities and not white rich people

I'm like are u serious have you seen the line going all the way to the parking lot and u just sitting her chilling his respond was sorry I cannot help you and I see another 3 people behind the glass doing absolutely nothing. If I have lees than 1 star I will choose it .

the security guard was VERY RUDE! when i say rude i mean RUDE! it's still covid time so we are doing the lines. when i first came to the bank i ask her if i needed to stand in line to make a withdrawal inside she has an attitude and says yes. so i wait in line and it's my turn to go in she ask me again what i need, i say a withdrawal and she proceeds to ask me a if i need to see and cashier. well duh and and i say yes i need to make a withdrawal so she decides to dismiss me and walks off and when she walks me into the bank she called me a bitch under her breathe. that's HIGHLY unacceptable.

I have always hated coming to this branch even though it's near my house because it's "well known" that the staff are very rude and very unprofessional specally if you domt speak spanish and seem to not like their job, this is probably one of the worse of worse of worse boa in the entire area. Everybody knows it. So what happened today was surprising the front desk lady who help me was (Aretha) she was very professional yet very nice and showed a lot of respect and good work ethics. She was very patient even though I was a little demanding and she helped me then best she could, I was very very happy with her work. Aritha( i think that was her name) she is one of very few people in boa Langley park who can deliever satisfying customer service "without" attitude. She is just professional yet very nice and pleasant. Ask for her if you want someone who show respect and professionalism.. 4 stars for her and one stars out for the bad staff in there.

this is the worst bank ever! there's always only two tellers, and a longgggg line, and three people helping people work the atm seems off, this bank needs to be closed! who waits 45-hr every time they come into a bank ? If people are too stupid to work a ATM, thats what the bank teller is for. Why have 3 people at the ATM, and 2 behind the glass? Who is the bank manager? Or running this place, needs to be shut down. Go to the one NEAR WEST HYATTSVILLE STATION, average wait time, nd your feet won't be hurting walking out, from the hour you stood in line.

If it was possible to give the no stars I would. Because this branch is no up to par with other branches. At my job they do not offer direct deposit so I go to this branch to cash my check the date on it is recent . And when I get to the teller ONE the ATTITUDE LEVEL is beyond crazy. Second the check readers apparently never work . (Supposedly) that sad and its a joke . There is never more then two tellers and the line gets crazy long. It's absurd!!

This review is for ATM use only. The signage is poor - I could not spot it entering the shopping center from University Boulavard. I wound up in the shopping center across New Hampshire and still could not see a sign. Rechecked the GPS, waited for the light. The drive up ATM is accessable only from southbound New Hampshire, through a scarily tight alley. One of the two walkup ATMs was out of order. I only went to this branch because I had an errand across the street, and certainly would not choose to use it again.

I never go inside banks so I cannot speak to their customer service but if its anything like their ATM's I can only assume the worst. They are ALWAYS BROKEN!!!! They are never operational. Seriously, that is the whole point of an ATM, so work at all times of day and night. Every other bank and ATM I have ever used is never out of service this much. I can understand once in a while but 9/10 times you just wasted a trip here. Pathetic

YIKES! Totally agree with other two posts! AND besides lines inside....the lines outside block the drive-up! It is very difficult to navigate this outdoor drivethru when you can do so because the lane is confined between the bank building and cement curbing. One lane. I visited this outdoor drive up after dark. Talk about feeling like a sitting duck to anyone with No Good Intentions. (Easy for someone to round the corner out of the darkness and reach my requested money before I do!!) The County had a police sub-station (trailer) across the street...but apparently they didn't feel safe either...it's gone.

One of the worst bank of Americas I have ever been to. Management must be in the back picking their noses watching the line out the door. Only three tellers with 7-8 employees working. I hope corporate hears this and seriously revamps the management here.

Over 40 people in line + 2 SLOW tellers + "Turtle pace" service = Not a very thrilled customer!!! This will be the last time I come here!!!
