Prices are double that of surrounding beauty supply stores and service is awful. I bought a pack of butterfly locs for $20 and went a few blocks away and found them for $9.99. Took them back for a refund. The manager was very rude and would not give me a refund. I mentioned I just bought them less than 20 minutes ago. She was very impolite about not refunding. I will NEVER shop here again. I would advise anyone needing beauty supplies, make this your last choice. Also; they don't have a good selection of hair.?

I'm used to buy Berry Fletcher's locsyrum from this particular r store they have now done away with the 54 oz bottle that was 42.99 and now they have a 4 oz bottle for $20 tell me that's not a rip off and then the Asian behind the counter's gonna tell me Barry fletcher makes the prices you're lying and I told him you made these prices and you're ripping us off..now he got an attitude!!!!!!

My first visit to this store was last year and it was fine. I returned two times recently, and it was a different experience. First, I didn’t like the fact that I felt constantly watched. I make it a policy not to shop in places that seem to assume that I am a potential shoplifter with no cause. Second, the item I selected rang up $2 less that what it was marked, and the cashier adjusted the price up. When I questioned it, she gave me some reason about shipping fees increasing prices and that they go by the price that is marked on the item. The interesting thing is that I noticed an inconsistency in pricing for the same item. I have never known a store to charge more than the scanned price. Typically, stores charge whichever price is lowest. She was nice but this store’s approach to customer service is bad. I won’t be back. I only spend my money in places that respect me and my business.

When I lived in the area Beauty Mart was my go to for all beauty supply related needs. The owner is very kind and I appreciated the diverse amount of products offered.

I bought a Gold-N-Hot Hood Hair Dryer from this store and it caught on fire. The Manager avoided communicating with me until it was beyond the 30 day return policy. He refused to give me a replacement hair dryer. I'm contacting everyone my banks, news media and better business bureau. He will regret not standing behind the products he's selling!!!

I am actually surprised at the reviews for this one. Every time I am at beauty mart I am assisted with what I need. This store has a great selection of top shelf products, every day beauty products, satin pillow cases, wigs and more. Another big plus for me is that the staff is diverse. Love coming here to get help with all of my hair care needs. Definitely my go-to location.

It's rare to find a beauty supply store where you don't feel "watched" soon as you walk in. The lady was so helpful and nice helping me pick out a wig. Trying on different ones until I found the right one. They have a lot of selection to choose from. They also carry all other beauty, hair, & jewelry needs.**Parking lot available.
