Worst bank EVER Worst customer service EVER (The bank procedures, not the employees) If you do not mind having your account blocked every week for the dumbest reasons, going through a weekly re-authentication process on their app, calling a phone line that is always jammed packed with 30min waits, and dealing with the most unconcerned & uncaring people to every be hired in their fraud department... join them. When I was with Chase bank, they would give you a credit for a charge that you're contesting. Citibank won't do it even if it is their fault you're being charged for something you can prove you called them to stop on time. I'm jumping ship....
