Very professional and fast. I had my cracked screen repaired within and hour. I also purchased A SCREEN PROTECTOR, which was put on expertly. My looked phone as if it was brand new. The plus side about the whole adventure is that CPR is located right across from the movie theatre, there are restaurants and the mall is 5 mis across the way, plus good parking.

Excellent customer service. Not only was the technician's manner very friendly he went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. After my screen was fixed, and after talking to the technician about where I got my case from, I passively mentioned that I needed to clean my case and the technician cleaned it without prompting. It's not much but it's all the little things that make great customer service

I can't thank the technician enough for the fantastic service he provided repairing my phone on two separate occasions over the past 6 months.
