This cricket is one of the best I've visited. The man behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful. He takes his time to accommodate everyone. There's no other cricket store I would rather visit for service than this one.

The store manager is very nasty. I made a mistake by speaking to him when I went in he chewed me out very nasty because he was busy. He has the worst customer service skills I think he need to retire. The young lady working there by the name Camille has excellent customer service. It's sad to see her in a store with a manager that is not setting a good example.

Visited because I had to upgrade my phone to 5G. Say what you want about Cricket, I came off like fat rat! I was going to purchase a Samsung S21 Plus but Donnie assisted me with saving a lot of money. For all you I phone lovers, this review isn't for you nor should you continue to read if your stuck on expensive phones. I'm not... so I was totally happy to receive a free Moto Stylus G 5G phone, a waived activation fee, HBO max for the eternity of the $60 plan and a 1 year Sam's club membership with the $60 a month plan. Donnie assisted with the setup; accompanied by exemplary customer service. This is my first moto phone so I'll review it after a couple of months but I haven't skipped a beat. The service transfer from one phone to another was effortless, the customer care, and detailed information shared by Donnie was priceless.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting the assistant name Donny. I can be a bit spicy at times when it comes too my attitude. He remained professional and curtious and I wanted too say great hire choice. Keep up the good work.
