I had a medical emergency and the pharmacy was able to quickly fill my prescription. The staff was courteous and professional. And the drive-through option is very convenient.

I don't usually use this CVS as I prefer the one in the Target across the street. Today my daughter's prescription was sent here in error so I went in around 6:45 to pick it up. There was a line at the pharmacy but this pharmacist was a total rock star! As an assistant manned the drive through, the pharmacist was working the counter assisting each person in turn. She was kind and patient as she was answering questions, asking questions and taking care of everyone in the line as efficiently as possible. Kudos!

Update the pharmacy is still trash! I guess i will just have to transfer my meds to Walgreens bc this is ridiculous! How does CVS text me and tell me my prescriptions are ready but i pull up to the window and they say they don't see any orders! And instead of fixing what is clearly their mistake you tell me to come back 2 hours later bc y'all are going to lunch! Idc about your lunch, i need my meds like what kind of customer service is this! This was the last straw for me, i will be transferring everything to Walgreens down the street.

I'm only writing this review to HELP YOU GUYS OUT. Please, please be careful in giving your patients the CORRECT SHOT. Their lives, your store, your department could be sued if you give people the incorrect vaccine, which they did not consent to receive.I booked my grandma an appointment online a week in advance to get the Pfizer booster shot on Monday. I got my confirmation number and everything was good to go.On the day of the appointment ( Friday ), literally a hour before their appointment, I got a email saying it got cancelled. I called my grandparents to see if they happened to cancel and they said no. I called the store and the lady at the pharmacy said " we did not cancel it, call customer service to handle it ".I called customer service, spoke to a guy. He end up calling the store and talking to the pharmacy department. He came back and said " the reason why they canceled it is because they did not have Moderna in stock ".MODERNA? I requested Pfizer for my grandma. My grandma is really sensitive to certain medicines and shots. This is what really got me heated, the customer service guy called the store again and he said " I'm not sure what happen but Pfizer is in stock but they can honor the appointment ".I said okay and told my grandparents to go ahead for her appointment. I'm calling from Atlanta, Georgia to handle a situation for my grandma here in Hyattsville, Maryland (My hometown). They don't speak English well and barely know what's going on.My grandpa got there and told me the lady said we don't have an appointment, this got me heated AGAIN. I spoke to the lady and she didn't want to speak to me. I asked her what's going on and she completely ignore my question and with an attitude, she asked for my grandma's date of birth. She also told me she can see her and then hand the phone back to my grandpa. No one apologized to me or my grandparents. They also did not take any accountability for what happen.Please be careful. They almost gave my grandma a shot that WE DID NOT CONSENT to receive. She could have had a bad reaction to Moderna as she has ONLY HAD PFIZER shots from day one. Seeing how unprofessional and rude they are as well as not caring for my concerns about my grandparents made me furious.I work in the medical field and I care for all of my patients. I am an understanding person. Yes; mistakes happens but when it comes to injecting patients with vaccines, they need to be MORE careful.I wish they were honest with me from the beginning so I could have avoided going in a circle with the customer service guy. He was the only person that gave me an answer from THEIR PHARMACY. A guy who's not even working in that store was giving me more answers than the pharmacy department Itself.If they had Moderna in stock and did not cancel the appointment, my grandma would have gotten the wrong shot. The outcome may not have been good. I'm only writing this review to help them and others. I am not here to tarnish this store.

Hit or miss with the pharmacists. Just really OVER the underwhelming experiences. They seem not to comprehend they are dealing with people who use medication FOR A REASON! Holding for an hour and 12 minutes is RIDICULOUS!

Linda the pharmacy manager is rude, incompetent and unprofessional. I see from other reviews that my experience isn't unusual.I'll be going to Padek Pharmacy from now on.

I like the staff at this store, but not a good place for covid diagnostic testing. I went to this location for a pPCR test for travel. It seems Quest is not very timely picking up the samples; the pleasant attendant said it may be 8p tonight, which will not return the results in time for my travel, so going to Walgreens.

This is the worst Pharmacy Ever. It's terrible to have an appointment and come on time only to be waiting for a person to actually come to work. 10:02 we are still waiting. If you are going to schedule any appointment for any service do not do it here. Go to a medical provider and one that cares about customer service. This is the worst ever. If I could rate negative zero I would.

I took care of business on the automated but whenever I have a question they help me. Sometimes the hold time is long but for the most part its good service.

Even though there was initially an issue with my Rx Silvia and Linda handled my problem literally in 5 minutes. Good on ya CVS.

Worst service ever. You can put in prescription refills 2 weeks in advance and you'll still be waiting for days after you run out of your meds before the pharmacy even starts putting your order together. Or I can only guess, I've been waiting for my medications for a week and a half now. I've been out of my meds for the last 3 days now. This is horrible and dangerous-- do these people care about anyone? We're not on medications because we want to be, we need these scripts and no one in the pharmacy cares. And don't try to get them on the phone, they will never answer. I'm disgusted by the level of incompetence and negligence at this pharmacy. God forbid someone be suicidal or on the edge of death because the people at CVS pharmacy couldn't care enough to do their jobs that they get paid for. I plan to file a complaint.

I've been waiting for over 20 minutes at the drive through window without so much as an acknowledgement. What is the point of a drive through if you're not gonna have someone staff it.
