The units are clean, secure and easily accessible with staff that is friendly and helpful every step of the way. It is convenient to enter the location with little traffic to deal with.

They are supposed to close at 6pm. So how is it that it'd 4:30 and the doors are locked. There's no sign saying they're closed. Complete lack of professional conduct or respect for the time of their customers.

I moved my stuff here from a different storage facility. So far my experience has been really great. Boise, the manager was the one who helped me and he was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this facility over others!!

I've been using this storage facility for the past 1.5 years and am now on my second unit. Throughout this time, I've experienced no issues. Recently, I moved into my new unit, and the facility manager, Boisy, was incredibly helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Nailah was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She resolve my issue very quickly, and was very professional. Should be employee of the month. Best storage manager in the country. I hope she gets a big pay raise.
