My 80 year old dad attempted to return a XBox he purchased for my son for Christmas. He purchased the wrong edition and wanted an exchange for a gift card or game card but longer has the receipt. He instead offered his credit card it was purchased on. The store manager was rude and dishonest offering him $30 for his $175 purchase. My dad became upset at which time the manager had him escorted out of the mall. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Dominic is great!! He helped me with what I was looking for and his service was great! You can tell he had great passion for his job and helping people feel comfortable coming into GameStop for first time!!!

I was trying to buy a ps5 but one of the workers started talking badly to me and my friends. I was asking for the digital version, and he answered me but I couldn’t understand since he was talking to another person. I asked politely to confirm if I heard correctly, but he responded rudely and said “I already told you three times”. Honestly never had a bad experience here, the workers have been chill and are friendly, but this was very disrespectful even though I was buying a big item. Also I will note that he unprofessionally kept embarrassing a new worker that she wasn’t supposed to do this and that.

Hi Everyone. I'm the Store Leader for this location. I want to apologize for any issues cause by my staff over the last year. We all here strive to offer the best customer service possible. We are going to take the constructive criticism here and work to improve your interactions with us during your visit. I invite anyone who's had an issue over the last year to comeback and give us another try. I'm sure that you won't find the store the same as it was on your previous visit.

I went into game stop at the mall of pg and management was deplorable. The Hispanic on site manager was rude and aggressive. He also informed me that he didn’t have to serve me. I had been in game stop several times prior to 7/5/23 and never saw him before. Maybe he was newly hired and missed the costumer service class provided. He was not like the previous manager I encountered. Now that I think about it…I never seen any female employees there either. I will never go back again! If you are smart go to the Silver Spring location. Ty

The worst warranty coverage for customer. Plain and simple, don't buy the warranty unless you "purchase or sign up for an account." (Bad customer service and product support!) They will rob you of your money. Keep the receipt!! If you can't keep up with the receipt, don't buy from GameStop at all!!!
