They provide personalized fitting services, including 3D imaging to properly diagnose feet. Customers appreciate the wide selection of shoes and brands in a great space. The staff patiently goes through all sizes to get the fit just right. They help customers pick out sneakers that fit activity levels and protect feet. One customer left with a pair of Brooks and a pair of New Balance, both with the wide toe box needed. Now walking without pain. Another customer was helped to find the best shoe that worked for their run style and support needs. Customer service is next to none. Customers will definitely come back. Haraka is a favorite shoe store.

For years i had the wrong size and the wrong shoes They fixed this in an afternoon and i can say i am more than a happy customer. Now i dont have to travel and hour out of the county to get great shoes and greater service.

Great customer service from Mahogany! Throughly explained everything to me and my mom about our feet scan and gait. Cant wait to have a better running experience with my new shoes.
