Ruined a great pair of Ann Taylor slacks and owner tried to insist (blame) that the stain was my fault...that it was something I caused previously. A royal insult!I always used Metro for many of my dry cleaning needs and alterations, but that experience made me say NO MORE! Too bad, because their seamstress is very good.

Decided to try this place out because it's close by, and I saw they offered leather/suede cleaning. My suede jacket was looking gross after wearing it on and off for 6 months. I also took a one piece there to be cleaned. The one piece was $3.50, and the suede jacket was 35$. My suede jacket almost looks like I never wore it. Note that they do not do the leather cleaning in-house, and it took me 3 weeks to get my jacket back, but it was worth the wait. I attached some before and after pictures of my jacket, but they aren't the best due to poor lighting. Service is friendly and fast. I will be back.

The alterations were done incorrectly not 1 or 2 but 3 times. They charged me extra despite the fact I only asked for alteration only on the sides. Whoever does alterations is not professional. The jeans I took just to get a button replaced, needed to be fixed 3 times. Absolutely disgusting. I live across the street and I will go somewhere else despite the inconvenience. They got their last dollar from me.

I don't get things dry cleaned very often but just based on general customer service I think Metro Cleaners is a great option. It's centrally located in the area and is in a plaza with parking spots. The person that attended to me was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. The prices are very budget friendly and the turn around time is typically 2 days or less. They only accepted debit and credit cards for charges over $10 so keep that in mind if you visit. If you're only getting one item cleaned the chances of it being under $10 is pretty high.

I went to this dry cleaner for the first time as I am new to the neighborhood. There was a guy who was there to help customers and it was a really unpleasant experience. He was on the phone with someone on speaker. I asked him a few questions about prices and double checked to make sure there was nothing left in the pockets and the guy seemed annoyed. He was cold and not at all welcoming. Won’t return here because I don’t think that’s the attitude you should have with customers.

I have been coming to this spot just about every single week guys since 2003. Very friendly staff and professional services. Are usually get my shirts washed and pressed rather than dry cleaned, which saves money and seems to work just fine. Recommended.

Great, quick and friendly service. Very satisfied with the dry cleaning of a man's suit and a man's suit jacket. Will use them again and for other services too like our area rug. Competitive prices.

We tried them after usiryng the UPS drop off service they offer at this dry cleaner. One men's dress shirt came back looking like it hadn't been ironed. I asked the owner(?) why it looked like that and he said, "probably needed starch" and made no effort to correct the poor work. huh?! This is the first time I ever brought a shirt to a dry cleaner that came back looking wrinkled. I paid for that? A woman's very light winter coat, $7, was still dirty after being laundered. Nice guys, bad workmanship.
