Absolutely the worst customer service from the manager of the store. I went over to upgrade my Samsung phone in April of 2021, to my surprise they switched it and upgraded me to a T-Mobile revl 4 plus which is a less quality phone that a Samsung. I only had that phone for seven months before I started having mechanical problems with the charging portal, then it stopped charging completely. I took it to the store, but they refused to replace the phone, Mind you I still have the factory warranty. They made all kind of excuses why they would not be able to replace phone. My advice to any one is to avoid this store. They take advantage of people in the area especially the people in the Spanish speaking community. They stole my money; I will never use this location or any Metro PCS locations ever again.

Ms kendy and a gentleman named Daniel were super friendly and professional. I love coming to this store now , I hope they stay there . They deserve a raise . I also noticed they were training someone and they were very patient and the new guy was willing to learn everything .

Everytime I have to pay my Cellphone bill no ones never there then I end up having to go to another location to pay the bill. Poor customer service and rude as hell.
