I wish i could i give this store a zero star. I went to purchase a new phone because my old phone no longer worked. As the computer system was down i was not a given a receipt and was charged exorbitant prices for accessories which i did not need. I eventually got my receipt the next day.
I was not happy with my phone and tried to return it but was denied even though my receipt clearly started it was refundable in 14 days. I have returned on numerous occasions and complained to multiple employees who will not give me a refund even though the receipt clearly started the purchase is refundable. I will need to escalate the situation to the better business burrow, and i will no longer do business with metro. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS

The customer service representative was rude and used profanity and walked away, had an attitude because I asked a question, and was not pleased with the tone and in which she answered. Finally stopped playing very loud salsa music now just rude! Used to have decent people working there, now trash.

When I left that store, my PIN, email address, and physical address were changed on my account. Someone in that store attempted identify theft/fraud.

I've been having problems with my phone last month in february I could not use my phone for 2 weeks and my bill is paid up till April and I just got it working again I never had to put a cold in my phone I do have a pattern but it was never a cold and locked my SIM card that I couldn't use my phone and I kept going to the store to have it fixed and every time I turn my phone off or restart it comes up that I have to put a code in eight numbers I never had to do that before only I should be accommodated for last month that I couldn't even use my phone that's not right

Best service I have received. Juan was a big blessing letting me know that there is a program to help with the bill. Highly recommended!!!! The staff is very easy to talk with.

I went tobthe store to buy a cell phone because mine was cracked, the attendant Bruce Perez adviced me to but a moto g stylus, since there is no other cheaper option, he sold tge phone to me for a full price , even do I could buy for cheaper since I have been a customer for 2 years, while he was transfering the information from my oldest phone to the newest, he asked me for my pin, I gave it to him, the he asked me fir my social, when I was making the payment, I gave it to him.after all was done and I was leaving the store I notice that he changed my cash app passord and tranfered $650 from mu cash app account another user. The store manager and the metro pcs help line did not help me , it has been a month and nobone called me back or let me see the video cameras. they just stole my money.
