This dry cleaners has the worst customer service ever. They destroyed a pair of pants and refused to reimburse me. Plus they return your clothing with stains!! "Not No 1" should be the name.

The new owners are super nice and my clothes came out neat and clean. My uniforms were also clean and ready to go. The dirt was off and came out on time. The cleaners is doing its function so I gave a five. The owners are super hospitable and friendly. Im likely to go again and use its service.Service: Alterations

We use this place at least once a month, for a dozen years. Great prices, great quality. The store looks unimpressive from the front, so if you're not familiar with it, you might not know how good they are. I've put hundreds of garments through, and never had a single disappointment. You can put it in early and get it back the same day, or if after 9, you get it by the next afternoon, after 4 p.m. A great neighborhood business!

@HEIDY RIVERO Thank you for your review, but I must clarify the story as it is not true. First of all, I am the new owner of Number 1 Cleaners and proud to be American. The dress was asked to be sewn one part of the dress. The dress was sewn as asked, but was left untouched and unwashed as other parts of the dress were found to be already very damaged. Therefore, we left it untouched and returned it back to the customer - once again the dress was untouched and unwashed as was informed to the customer.

The Ladies are working there are nice, the owner is.. I don't have words to explain this . I took my clothes a dress really special to me... my sister gave me,. They can sew, supposed to pick up 2 days later, I back my dress was not ready, I back 3 days later... my dress was damage both shoulder burnt, I understand we do mistakes, Instead of recognizing that they damaged my dress, had brought so.. That was what annoyed me because everyone knows that when you leave a garment, they check it from end to end.. Asked to speak to the manager, as it was the Chinese owner. This gentleman came to me asked my receipt and told me was my fault, I asked the ownwer return my receipt and he was refused to gave me it back, I said If you don't return my receipts and money I would call the police, it wasn't the money I cared about was their attitude and poor customer service and they didn't accept their mistake from them that, they burned my dress . Besides before I had paid and supposedly did not find the payment.. SUPER Unhappy with the service, losing a customer by not accepting its mistake and for nearly $ 8 dollars..

They could not clean my work shirts properly. These work shirts are not even a month old and I had begun bringing them in approximately every 3 days. Therefore, I would think they would be able to clean fairly new shirts properly. I gave them several chances to get it right, even had them to clean a shirt again right after picking it up; same results. The cleaners in Rivertowne shopping center of Oxon Hill Maryland always did a fantastic job on fully cleaning my clothing. I moved around the beltway and had to pick another cleaners closer to me. This place here was just collecting my money, but no satisfaction for me.
