“On Tuesday 4/28/25 around 530pm i went to the drive through pharmacy . I worked with a black female with pink braces and purple braids . She was very professional, i had Multiple questions and she was able to assist with each one and was patient as i weighed my options . Good customer service is hard to find and especially while sick i appreciated her professionalism.”
“Excellent service from the employee Celia, as for the manager, a while ago I sent him an email about a complaint from an employee and he never answered me, even though I sent him the email several times, he never answered me because one day I went to this same one. store and I approached an employee and asked him about a medication and he was very upset and shouted things at me in English and spoke very badly to me in front of everyone without me having said anything and despite sending him several emails saying what had happened to the person. The manager never answered me and that is a lack of education and service to a customer. However, Celia is a very polite and attentive person, not like that rude employee or like the person who claims to be a MANAGER and does not even answer a customer complaint.”

“I can only deduce that all those many one-star caught CVS's corporate's eye and they had a management shake-up at the Sargent Road CVS Pharmacy, I have been there twice in the last eight days with 3 Rx's and had exceptional service - and super fast! Different pharmacists each time but the same pharmacy technician who is wonderfully efficient. Her name is Nellie and if you luck out and she is working when you are there you are blessed! She deserves a raise! Now, I have to say with regard to all the complaints, many times the fault is the client! While I was there, the woman in front of me was trying to untwist some sort of complicated issue with her insurance carrier, non-matching phone numbers, trying to get a Rx refilled too soon, etc., etc. In other words, she was trying to get the pharmacist to do something her own doctor's office should be sorting out. Also, many try to do their Rx business directly on the phone taking the staff away from their main job of refilling Rx's. CVS gas an excellent App and everyone should have that on their phone as so much can be done that way, including auto-fill of Rx's and alerts when the Rx is ready.”
“The regular lines were several people long, but the self-checkout had no wait. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. In general, I like this store. They keep it organized, clean, and stocked. When there has been a problem, the employees have been nice and helpful.
