Overall pretty happy. Employees are helpful. I REALLY dislike being forced to listen to their music. I want to heat my own music on my headset, but it’s impossible their music is sooooo loud and bad. No WiFi. And usually some machines don’t work. High marks for cleanliness. No services/classes aimed at anyone over 60.

not clean, smells terrible, trash piled up in the front entry , bathrooms not serviced, terrible maintenance and OLD machines. They squeak when you use them and the leather is splitting on some seats or armrest . the staff stay on their phones mostly I've rarely seen anyone cleaning in there.

I really enjoy my time at Planet Fitness. I especially like the affordability, friendliness and helpfulness of the employees and the variety and quality of the equipment. As with most businesses, there is room for improvement. I have two main complaints, 1) the lack of WiFi for customers and 2) No classes for senior citizens.
