“I've decided to give this location 5 stars only because of 1 employee named Steven.His customer service skills,his friendly demeanor,and how he cares for the gym is in a class of his own.He warmly greets as you enter,will speak to you while you're there workout out,and will thank you for visiting as you exit.He also reracks the weights,picks up any litter left behind by members who doesn't have any gym etiquette,ensures that the lockeroom and shower areas are spotless,and makes sure that all of the cleaning stations are fully stocked.He is the only one I witnessed that does all of this.The others could take a lot of pointers from him.I appreciate you Steven as you're already aware!It's refreshing to see real customer service in real time still exists!”

“This location is always clean and has plenty of fans around. It can get busy around 5 but generally I can still find the equipment and/or space that I want. Other patrons are good about wiping down the equipment and only sitting on a piece of equipment if they're using it. During the summer PF gives free access to high schoolers - I think this is a great idea to give more free spaces to young people. That said, the kids tend to move in a group and occasionally take over a barbell area to hang out. They're polite and will move if asked. As a result - I tend to avoid the gym during the summer between 1 pm and 7 pm. It doesn't stop me from using the gym and the time shift is a personal preference - not a requirement to use the gym. I would never want the free access to be removed.”

“Great atmosphere and all, but there are a lot of attacks from people who visit the gym towards the LGBT community. A trans friend named E.M.A. had an incident with some people there They should be more vigilant about discrimination because they are also part of society and we are all equal before God. Thank you ❤”
