This Safeway is the ONLY pharmacy that actually answers the phone for customers. I've had to call numerous times over the past week and each and every time someone has answered the phone and provided super friendly and helpful support. I've since moved all of my prescriptions from CVS to this pharmacy because of their amazing customer service.

Wish i could give zero stars. Worst store ever. After waiting a long time for service at the western union just to be told they dont have 300 dollar. Just shut the wu down and stop wasting people time

I've had my ups and downs with this store. Especially since I've had to rely on their delivery service. Danielle and Carlos really turned things around. Even when the DoorDash driver was was discovered stealing they handled it quickly and effectively. In a world where few businesses care about customers over a bottom line anymore, they get it. Without customers there is no bottom line. Great job!

bet we'll stocked on a Thursday, great help from Danielle, and Fatima nicely greeted me after I left! Danielle was perfect while I was rushing to find my yogurt pretzels she walked me all the way to them and completely stopped what she was doing instead of looking at my confusion and proceeding with her tasks. Great customer service from every one. including an gentleman that I didn't get the name of!

Don't even think about ordering online! Currently Sitting in my car writing this review as I wait 25 mins and counting for my drive up & go order. At this point I could have went in the store and did my own grocery shopping and checked out by now. I even had to call to see if they were coming and was told that they would page them. What is the point of my ordering ahead for me to have to sit for more than 25 mins waiting for your employees to bring my stuff to the car. I guess I need to stick with Whole Foods since they take care of their customers in a timely fashion.

Back to safeway since 3 years, didn't miss much, I did get the free parking, didn't buy much. Was one cashier, best to use automated checkout.

Very poor service when ordering online for delivery. Employees blatantly ignore instructions and randomly substitute whatever brand/size/flavor item they want to, despite you clearly requesting no substitutions and store management doesn't seem to care. "Coaching" has been given repeatedly but the problems have persisted since August 2021.I could understand if it was a once in a while issue..but it has been an EVERY TIME issue!The online ordering manager & staff need to be terminated & replaced by folks who actually know how to pay attention...

Self checkout had problems so moved all the grocery to live person. As I finished loading the belt with all my groceries, the cashier was gone. I was left hold my D in my hands for five minutes until I realized cashier didn't want my money. Cashier said nothing, just walked out and left me hanging. Worst Safeway EVER. Don't waste your time. Nobody cares about your time and nobody will care if you leave.

Always professional and prompt service. Today, I used delivery service for the first time and it was exceptional. Pharmacist and staff members called me in timely manner to confirm all the details and to ensure I had no questions or concerns. The prescription ended being delivered in no time. Thank you kindly!

They have one speed here. S.L.O.W. I stood there for 12 minutes, probably longer that's just when I started timing, while they assisted ONE customer. Nobody else there offered to jump in and help. When it finally was my turn, the staff proceeded to have a conversation about vaccines making my checkout even slower when this conversation definitely could have waited. It never is a quick checkout here, and really for no reason. There is no sense of urgency.

Men's Bathroom by Starbucks inside Safeway. Talked to employee about the live electrical hazard and nothing was done.Hope someone doesn't get seriously hurt. It's sad they didn't take this seriously. I am not coming here again.

This location is fairly new, well maintained, brightly lit, and clean and has its own dedicated parking lot with 2 hours of free parking without validation (even though the signs all say "with" validation). After that, the 3rd hour starts at $5. There is also outside street metered parking. Love that it was not crowded at all on a Monday afternoon. Aisles were clear, shelves were well stocked, produce was fresh, and overall neatly presented. The store cashiers were friendly and efficient. I would definitely return to this location.
