Wonderful store nice staff. Especially Dexroy who is the cashier helped me out with my mobile app and now I learned how to order online. He does things much faster . He is also considering and asked the other costumers to the other lane to avoid long waiting while helping me out. Wonderful costumer service!!

It's quite nice. I went there to get a couple of things like stouffer's and nesquik. The Safeway that I have been to in the past was no bigger than this one. I definitely like it

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Jennifer Randolph at this particular Safeway . Not only did she answer the phone after one ring, but she responded to my needs with diligence. Thank you so much Jennifer for going out your way to make my overall shopping experience a great one! It really meant a lot. You rock!

I love the Safeway on Piney Branch and Georgia ave. Everything there is always organized and well stocked. Their produce dept is awesome, this is the only grocery store that I will go to for my meats and collard greens.

Good store overall until you get to the deli section. If you don’t have a certain “look” don’t expect service anytime soon. It seems purposeful.

It's usually a decent shopping experience. Most of the staff are nice. They do not consistently have a great selection of fresh vegetables though.

It is very rare for me to say that I had an exceptional customer service experience at a grocery store. Well today I did! This was my first time at this location and I will certainly be returning. The store was fully stocked and clean. As well as everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have to mention 3 specific people for making my experience what it was today. The Starbucks Manager "Q" started off my store visit with his pleasant and upbeat demeanor. The floral associate Fatima, noticed I couldn't find something I was looking for and offered to stop what she was doing and create an arrangement for me with the flowers I wanted. She even created a travel container to help me transport it because the vase was an awkward size and didn't fit in the regular box. Last but not least, Ms. Ruby was so sweet as she assisted me in checking out. For something so simple as grocery shopping, I truly appreciated the genuine kindness and service I received today. 5 stars!!

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced at any business. The checkout cashiers are just plain rude, and the self-checkout is usually broken or will not work properly. Many other options besides this store.

This review is for the Pharmacy. I came into this location last Thursday. I went to the Pharmacy to inquire about the transfer/new prescription program. If you transfer a new prescription to a Safeway pharmacy, you are eligible for a $25 gift card. You need to have a Safeway card as well to get the promo. So I went up to the pharmacist to ask about the promotion, and she responds by telling me that it is for new prescriptions and you can't have government insurance. I'm thinking to myself that's fine as I have health insurance through my employer. I guess I had a puzzled look on my face, so she proceeded to list the types of government insurances. At this point, I'm like okay thank you, and I left. That exchange left me feeling so bad. I'm like wow, this woman dared to sit up here and think that I couldn't possibly have health insurance through an employer, but that, of course, I must be depending on the government for my Health Insurance. Wow. I have no words. Will never use this pharmacy with or without a promo code. CVS is right across the street, and I'll take my prescriptions there.

This store was near where I worked for a month this year. I would go just about every day to hit Starbucks for a beverage and buy lunch or a snack or just to browse. Very good selection and I discovered that my Hannaford rewards number could be used to save money (they are apparently in the same "family" of stores), so I was super psyched to buy things there. I used self checkout and it was fast and efficient and the staff would say hello and good bye. Loved this place! I miss the discounts!

So I love this safeway. This area needed a 24 hour supermarket. I am the type that enjoys going shopping at midnight, or going to the store at 6am before work so this is perfect for me. I think the prices are reasonable and their fruit bowls save my life. You never have to struggle for parking which is also great. Only problem I had here was one time I visited here at like 6am and left my wallet on the counter by the register. In line behind me there were two individuals in line. I came back about four minutes later and went to the same register (only register open because its 6am) and asked the teller did she see a wallet I had just left...she responds saying no. I ask her is there a manager or anyone I can talk to that can maybe pull footage since I know exactly when and where I lost my wallet..she wasn't much help. Stated no manager was on site and stated nothing was left (but I knew I left it there). I loved that MK wallet but luckily my major cards were all in my pocket. The follow up/support/knowledge on how to handle situations like that could be better. I could have called the cops or something, but I did not. I left my contact info but no one ever reached out. Other than this experience, I have enjoyed this location!

Each time I go into this store the cashiers show no sign of any kindness, response, or any sign of life. I always show friendliness when I'm checking out, but I never get acknowledged each time I go into the Safeway. Considering the other grocery stores around this one, they should show some better customer service skills.

I could've cried tears of joy the day I walked into this store and saw that they have FINALLY installed self-checkout registers. No more waiting in mile long lines! No more dealing with rude cashiers! Prayer really does work. However, imagine my surprise when I went to check out on a Sunday morning and realized their self checkout was closed and instead the ONE cashier was ringing up customers on a regular register. Does this make sense, Safeway? Why not use your 1 cashier to monitor the self-checkout so you can have 6 registers open instead of 1? Why force us to once again stand in a mile long line?? I thought we were past this????
