I had a terrible experience adding a line to my 20 year history account. After more than 12 hours on the phone with customer service, I was told the only way the work could be finished was to go into a store. Considering how many hours had already been invested, I was not interested in wasting any more time in a store. When I got there, I asked Roddell how long it should take to add a 2nd line. He said 30min. I then let him know my situation and how much time had already been spent. Roddell identified a solution quickly, explained how long it would take, then executed with precision. Roddell, Luis, and the team at this store are professionals. Thank you!

Isiah was very patient and inviting. Helped me out a lot. I felt like he could tell that I had a little anxiety and I wasn’t sure if everything would be worked out before the holidays. He took care of me from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back to the store.
