Now I went to buy a phone and it turns out that they didn't help me because they were going to close and I arrived at 6:45 and I only lost my phone. The person who helped me is very rude, her name is Katie.

I got a portable internate equipment with a monthly payment of fifty usd. In two weeks time a payment request of 63 usd came into my mail box. I went back to the store to tell the staff there the monthly payment you are demanding is much higher than what I was told, I told them if they can’t fix the payment requested, I want to stop the service and return the equipment. In the first day they told me I can only return it by calling the customer service. But the customer service needed a password for my account to return the equipment. She advices me to go back to the store an bring her a password. When I do so, the staff, even the system manager refused to give me the pass code. I went there four different days to ask them take back their equipment. They refused. The system manager want me to continue using the equipment and pay 63 usd monthly without my will. The equipment is still with me but I am not using it. I faced weird customer service at PG mall T mobile store forcing me to use their services with out my will. I am still thinking who to communicate with to return their equipment. Any body who can advice me on the matter.

I went to the store and it was the best customer service I ever had from Cindy. She was extremely helpful, informative and very easy to talk to. She broke down every single detail thoroughly. I wish everyone in that store is just like Cindy. Give her a raise!

The T-Mobile inside pg mall, needs to have more employees cuz i know that alot of people be there. I went today and waited past 20 minutes and it was just taking forever. So i told one of the employees that imma go cuz its taking a long time and forever for me to be helped. If alot of people is gonna show up a T-Mobile store then alot more people needs to be hired to help the customers, especially for the holidays.

Delfa attitude was horrible , the moment I walked into the store she greeted with a high volume voice , that everyone shopping in the store turned around and looked. -An upset customer.

Very unreliable and unhelpful staff here! I came in for assistance and no one greeted me or even acknowledged me! I had to approach an employee and she was not helpful at all. She didn't even know the answer to my question. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but I do know that I will not be coming back here. I just happened to be at the mall and I figured I could kill two birds. Nope!! Not worth it all!
