My mom's move-in process was seamless. Ingris Palmer, the assistant manager, is a fantastic person. She walked us through the application process and ensured my mother settled comfortably. The Plaza is lucky to have her.

It's the worst experience I've ever had in terms of care, and I don't even live there yet. The manager and Mrs. Ingrid do not know what customer service means, it is the worst, they are irresponsible, lack seriousness and instead of attracting the customer they drive them away, one day they say one thing and the next day another. They should change them. In the end I decided not to rent the apartment.
