Would give zero if possible. Terrible, they don't know how to deliver mail and no one answers the phone whe trying to get help. This needs to be looked into.

Would give zero stars if option was available. Rude unprofessional and lazy staff. They had me fill out a hold mail slip the a week later tell me that it doesn't come to them and had me fill out another slip to get it to come there. A week after that I'm told that it will not come. Didn't check anything just lazy. This was the skinny light skinned girl with glasses. Rude lazy and ghetto

I would give this location 0 stars if I could.
This is among the worst post offices in Prince George’s County. Good luck to you if you actually need something done here.
I've lived in several large cities around the country, and the ladies that work in his front office are among the worst customer service people I have ever interacted with in my life, particularly the heavy set one with the tattoos.
Rarely have I been so ashamed of my people and of my county. We all deserve so much better than this.

I came here at the office and there was one black skinny lady she was very rude and I asked her to see my problem at least in the system she was so rude I’m just very very disappointed the customer service rudeness. I hope the manager talk to her.

This post office has racist and to lazy employees. I came to ask about a package was a lady who, according to me, is the manager, greeted me with a stupid attitude and then, without stopping talking on her phone, regardless of the line of customers waiting,
at the end, my package was considered lost. I don't know how they can have people like that working even more so with a manager position.

Horrible customer service from the young lady who wears glasses and her evil colleague. They both stared at me as if I was the one at work and they were the customers. No hello, move forward,next customer or nothing just rude. Shout out to the guy with locs who is usually there as well as the girl with the braces, I’ll be sure to get the negative Nancy’s names the next time?

The post office management should
shut it down this location because It's a disgrace to have this kind of people represent the government. No skills, rude. Chilling on their phone. Unprofessional . Disrespectful. They are very aggressive and I will follow up with top management of post office as well. Very rude people working there never recommend to anyone.

Do not waste your time coming to this location. It’s no wonder the reviews are what they are. I’ve visited this location a couple of times and it was fine the first few times. I can look past the fact that they are still only letting in 3 people at a time if they’re are quick and efficient which they weren’t with my last visit. Some of the employees don’t know how to treat customers, at all. My last visit, I asked for a receipt and I was met with an attitude for no reason. If you are not a pleasant person or you hate working then why be miserable and make others the same

This was the first time I have been at this establishment this was the worst customer service ever!!!! Went for a passport appointment she ask for my name I told her that I had a screenshot for my appointment she stated that I needed a confirmation I explained to her that I didn't have one she continued to rude and have attitude with me and the rest of the customers I just walked out she had glasses small framed and shoulder length hair I will not be back!!
