This place is horrible and I’m about to call the headquarters on these people. They claim to have delivered my mail back to me from the IRS but it’s still not at my home. I swear I’ll sue this organization if my identity is stolen because where the hell is my envelope? It’s almost March.

The Worst Place I've Ever Been The lady who attends the counter, around 20 or so years old, is very pedantic and mocking, no matter the age of the customer, she talks to them very harshly, she gives customer service in very bad taste people like She shouldn't even be working serving people, it's a shame I couldn't get her name.

This USPS is the worst so far that I’ve been to. The African American female employee with the tattoos is very disrespectful and I feel like she believes customers are there to inconvenience her. This is not a behavior I expect from an employee who’s paid by my taxes. Regardless of whether or not you like your job, you should be respectful to the people who come because you have no right to treat others like they’re subordinate to you. I cannot believe that after her being her for so long carrying the same attitude and seeing others also complain here that she’s still at her post as if nothing is wrong. She hates her job and I do own her anything to be treated so poorly.

I was discriminated against by an employee today, I had an appointment to get my daughter's passport and the employee did not take our application because she did not speak English...she was rude and denied my daughter the right that by law corresponds to not process her passport because she is the daughter of Latinos who do not speak English

I went to this postal service to applyNew passport for my child the lady behind the counter was so rude so I just left the office and I will never go there again. The same behavior happened to my friend when he want to get new passport application. They don't deserve even one star.

Went to drop off my mail and the window clerk (young, thin, black female) refused to accept my mail. She told me that I needed to drop it in the box. I left it in the dish at her window and she conducted business with another customer with my mail there for him to take. As she started to take another customer with my mail still there, I said something to her. She replied, I said, I’m not taking it. I demanded to see her supervisor. Another lady came forward and accepted my mail. I filed a complaint with my congressman’s office and with the post office.

This location gets a 1-star from me based off of my experience dealing with an employee named Kia. However, I'm giving 2 stars for another employee, Elgin.I don't live in this area, but I'm in town visiting family and wanted to order my children's passport while I'm here. I saw online that they have walk-in hours (which by the way, they do NOT) so I went in the last hour of the posted walk-in hours. When I was called up next to the counter I said hello and I had all of my children and husband with me. I said, "Hello I'm here to apply for passports."Kia looks at my incredulously and says with a rude tone, "Uhh so do you have an appointment?" I told her no and that I was here to do walk-in applications. She then shakes her head while I'm speaking and dismisses me saying "we don't do walk-ins." I showed her the web page that shows their location has walk-ins along with the hours. She waves her hand and says "we don't have no control over the website."Reading these words it may seem as if the interaction was informative and quick, but there was definitely a sense of attitude and poor costumer service in her part. My husband said lets just go and later told me it was because the girl had an obvious attitude and was going to start acting ugly in front of the kids. I've read a few other reviews that also complain about Kia by name or description(skinny girl with tattooos). She needs to do remedial customer service training. I'm not sure if the assumption is that everyone who receives services from that location is from this area and is used to being treated like that, but it shouldn't be. I went to two other post offices in Hawaii last month and received top notch quality service. Why can't a tax payer expect to receive the same quality service from all USPS locations across the country? What makes up for this terrible service and Kia's attitude was another employee named Elgin who came out and asked me if there was anything I needed or had questions about. I explained how I was there to get passports and the website. He repeated the same information that Kia did but in a much more polite and respectful way.If this is a known issue that the website has incorrect information then the manager needs to do something about it. I move frequently and often rely on the websites to see what services are provided at a USPS location. Why is the only "black community" I've been to lately the information is incorrect and the excuse is "we don't control the website?" And customers are frequently met with this young woman who has offended several of the customers and has clearly not been reprimanded? Our people need to do better, the manager needs to get the website information fixed and stop allowing the employees to feed the community with excuses, and Kia needs a job in the back where she doesn't interact directly with customers.

Claimed they don’t have time to give a receipt and to just drop off the package, I found this very unusual since other locations give me a receipt everytime with no issue

This location is not too far from my hairstylist so on a few occasions I’ve stopped here to purchase some money orders and the staff is always super helpful and patient. Yesterday one of my debit cards was completely canceled due to fraud, which I did not learn until I attempted to buy a money order here and the associate who helped me was so patient and gave me a few ideas of how to resolve the issue before I realized it was a bank issue. I just really appreciated her positive attitude and help during a frustrating experience.

I visited this post office today 8/28. I had another Bad passport services experience (1st was my passport and today was for my son'spassport). I have always known post office employees including mail men/women as sweet people. This location has some of the worst staffs in the passport department.Today, the lady who attended to me with the NAME Kia was so disrespectful just because we have differences in accent. I asked her to please repeat what she said said started calling me names. This is bad for a public place job.She even made a mistake on my form and asked me to write it all over again.I thought she is the most smart person on earth to think differences in accent or place of origin means illiteracy. This culture needs to be addressed.Went in for passport services and had my whole day ruined thanks to KIA the employee ?
