The owner guy was there in a flash, and he followed me down the road to my place. It was dark, but he quickly worked to swap my deflated tire with the spare. The whole time he was courteous and explained what he was doing so I never felt left in the dark.”
“We’re out of NC and the alternator went out on our work truck near Woodbridge VA every tow company we found refused to let both of our employees ride, I told our employees finally to call VAHP and have them send a rotation wrecker and it was Redmans we’re thankful for them and their customer service. We also had to call them back to the Advance Auto for a jump start after the guys got the new alternator on the truck the guy that came out was just as great as the first guy!”

They let me know they had just moved it to another spot in the neighborhood instead. The front bumper did pop out a little, but honestly I’d rather deal with that than a huge towing and storage bill.
