“I got in contact with Mark Coleman, to sell an accumulation of jewelry from my wife's estate. There was initially difficulty reaching him, and I learned that's because he splits his time among 3 different locations that are not close to each other. Once we made an appointment, Mark did a thorough examination of the assortment I'd brought; described the pieces and their condition in detail; actually educated me as to their history and desirability. I had his uninterrupted attention for more than an hour, at the end of which he made an acceptable offer for the lot. Of course the amount was less than I'd hoped for, but I know better than to think that I had some rare treasures lurking in my house. We accomplished what I'd set out to do, and with the utmost respect for me and the memory of the people from whom I'd inherited the jewelry.”

“I had my ear pierced in two places, and new jewelry today at the Towson Town Center location of Piecing Pagoda for my birthday. Niy and Dan were helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me price and pick jewelry. Dan was my piercer, she was diligent and detailed. We picked the perfect spot for each piece, she was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She fit the jewelry to my budget and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.The service is great and the associates know what they are doing, whether you are just buying jewelry (they also have body jewelry) or getting your ears pierced. “I needed a really small size wedding band. All the big stores said it would take three weeks to order it. Tiara had it ordered overnight for me. Also, I had them remodel my mother's pearl necklace to a modern look and am very happy with it. They are a small shop with unique pieces and friendly service.”
“My mom found an add for Ricardo’s Jewelry in the newspaper and decided to check him out since I had an absolutely horrific experience with Smyth’s (for the second time no less, with my engagement ring AND my wedding band). Everything went so smoothly with Ricardo. My wedding band was done in half the time Smyth’s would have had it done. He did it himself instead of sending out my engagement ring and waiting 2 months for it to be done. I saw a curved band I liked in his shop, but wanted to make a few tweaks to that so we discussed all of the options and it turned out beautifully. Shopping small pays off ya’ll. He’s so nice too and runs the place with his daughter. Every interaction was pleasant! Highly recommend!!!”

“This place is phenomenal! I recently purchased my engagement ring for my fiancé from here and couldn't be happier, and neither could she. My family has been coming to this business for decades (grandmother, uncle, and mother). I worked with Ken, who from the start was intentional, detailed, and knowledgeable. I had 2 family stones, from two different families and two different pieces of jewelry, which Ken was able to inspect and determine that there were compatible to be used together, as well as helped procure a third stone. That first day, I picked out the design as well. Next, he had a 3D print of the ring made and put the stones in it for a rough draft before crafting the custom piece of jewelry. He texted me updates regularly on the process as well as some pictures. They even resized the ring for free to ensure a proper fit after I had given them the wrong size. This place was exactly what I was looking for when purchasing a custom engagement ring. I had very good, personal customer support that didn't make me feel like I was being preyed upon by a salesman. I didn't want to go to a chain jewelry store, I wanted a local place that focused on craftsmanship and customer service over a profit. They also had it appraised before I picked it up which was a plus. If you are looking for custom jewelry, In House Jewelers must be considered!”
