“Great selection. There are a few items that are in short supply but expected considering the nationwide and worldwide shortage of certain items and parts. Very personable and they go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Will definitely be returning again for parts. They appear to have a service department but haven't yet needed these services yet. Overall a pleasant experience.”

“I scheduled for an oil change and the morning I was dropping off the car, the radiator sprung a major leak. AutoWerkes evaluated the issue and replaced the radiator the following day. That is, fitting in the repair immediately into their workload. I purchased the BMW 335i from them in 2016 and they continue to be my sole source repair shop. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, committed to maintaining the car, and I enjoy working with them.”
“First time in a long time, i've had to use an auto collision repair shop. Wow, am I glad I picked V P. Mitch ( owner) and mary jane, we're both fantastic to deal with. Mitch took me over to the shop. And showed me in detail what was being done to my car and what else needed to be done? That the insurance company missed. He even took me over to the paint shop to show me each step that will be done to my parts. Not to my surprise when I picked up my car, it looked absolutely amazing. Don't waste your time looking around. Take your car to v p and you'll be satisfied”

“Melissa B. at Jones Kia was wonderful to work with. My car broke down last Friday and I had to have it towed to Jones Kia. Melissa assured me that my vehicle would be looked at later that day or the next day. Once my vehicle was diagnosed she kept me updated through the whole process. I was back in my vehicle Saturday afternoon thanks to the great technicians at Jones Kia as well!! I can not recommend buying your next vehicle from this dealership more! “I recently took me 2019 Honda HRV in following a minor fender bender with some damage to my bumper. This place was recommended to me by a family member and they did not disappoint. They walked me through everything, got me an appointment set up, and kept me up to date as the work progressed. “Top notch work on all of my paint and body needs. I had three jobs done here and I even waited to post a review until I got the bed of my truck (painted here) lined, as the Linex process can remove paint if any part of the painting process is not applied correctly.
I’m happy to say that the Linex installer had no issues with the paint - he even said that the paint job was very well done.
I’ve put the quality of this shop to the test and they have surpassed my expectations by far.
I will use this shop for all my paint and body needs in the future

“I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.”
