“Their knowledge and response to my senior cat's pillow foot (podedermititis) is really great for the most part! While making the appointment, the date was set to later but they moved him into a canceled slot because of the nature of his needs and how bad it would be to let his foot get worse. We came in the next morning and he saw a doctor who had dealt with pillow foot before. She recommended oral meds and some pain killers. We had hoped for the injection to simplify things but they said they didn't carry it at all. So, we went with the oral meds. This does mean we will have to stress out our senior cat a bit more but I guess it staves off diabetes for him? I'm t not sure which is the lesser evil in this case.”
“We regularly buy our horse, dog, & garden supplies here. It is always clean. They are always well stocked. Their customer service is fantastic. It is conveniently located. Parking is ample & easy in & out. Always happy to patronize this business.”

“Blue Line K-9 helped shape our dog into a well mannered part of our family. We adopted Reese when he was 7.5 years old. He had some issues but Blue line helped us and him work through them. Reese loved going once a week. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our questions and treated our dog as if it was their own. I would highly recommend Blue line k-9 in Joppa for any of your dog training needs.”
“We would not think about going anywhere else but Hickory Vet. They are very attentive to my animals' needs and would feel 100% comfortable with any of the vets treating them. They spend as much time with me to answer all of my questions and complete thorough exams. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk is just as wonderful. Everyone is compassionate and I feel like I am as important as my animal. We also love Alexandra and her wonderful staff at the Pet Food & Supplies store. They treat my animals like their own and there is always a little treat waiting. Alexandra knows the products very well and is so helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and offers plenty of food, treat, toy and animal gear choices.”
“This place is absolutely wonderful. Staff are patient and extremely kind. The dogs and cats I got to meet were beyond sweet and just want love.Moose (a larger white cat with black spots) was very shmoozy as was Jessica (a petite mostly black cat). “I got my dog some treats from these folks at the Dogs for Veterans walk earlier this year. My dog LOVED them. I just ordered on line another package for him and one for my cat. Shipping was free and I received quickly. Both of my fur babies love the treats. Now, if they just made treats for salt Water fish. You have a customer for life. Thank you”

“Our dog injured herself at the beginning of the summer. Scheduling surgery, therapies and recovery period would not allow us to have her groomed. She needed it badly but she had to recover enough first. Her health was the priority. During this time, her regular groomer resigned her position so when it came time to get her done I had to take her to a new place and a new person.Luckily I found Burlane’s. From the first interaction they understood the situation, set the expectations of what they would have to do to restore her healthy cost and well-being. Because she had become matted in areas ( even with daily brushing) shaving her down was the only option. They prepared us for a totally different-looking dog and she was but she looked beautiful all the same. They informed me about any possible issues from losing the heaviness of her hair and made sure I understood everything before I left.Their professionalism, communication and the care they showed my girl was definitely five star.”
