“I had a wonderful experience when I took my cat to Dr Prange. She worked so well with my cat Vladi, she's like a cat whisperer. She was very thorough and informative. She helped me understand what is going on with him. The technician was wonderful and asked pertinent questions about him and was so gentle. They reallly go the extra mile and care. I would highly recommend them.”

“Our English Mastiff had an ear infection for months. He had been to his vet for it and it didn't go away. Then he was sedated, the ear was flushed at a UC vet and it still came back. He has been on so many rounds of antibiotics and nothing worked. My brother in law recommended we try Pleasantville animal hospital (which is an hour away from us.) Our first impression of this vet was awesome they were not booked out super far. Everybody there was very nice and treated us well. At our first appointment we were given a round of medication for our dog's ear. We treated our dog for 20 days with this medication and the ear infection still remained. However, this vet followed up with us via text to track his progress. We ended up having to sedate him again to have his ear flushed. Our dog's original vet doesn't cut nails and won't sedate him because he's such a large dog. Pleasantville treated him with such kindness and great care. His nails were trimmed and he had a thorough exam while he was sedated. Now I am so happy to report that our dog's ear infection is finally gone. It is so nice to see our dog back to his usual self. Thank you Pleasantville Animal Hospital for such a great experience this place was worth the drive!”
“Just wanted to publicly share how wonderful Dr. Doherty and his staff are. Recently our pug Lenny went through a terrible ordeal. He had an extreme allergic reaction to something which caused him to get very sick and experience a systemic reaction affecting his skin, his appetite and his overall well being. Dr. Doherty was so compassionate and so extremely thorough and even after visiting the ER on a Saturday night, Dr. D was the only Dr. able to provide our beloved Lenny relief. I don't know if Lenny's condition was potentially fatal but I think it was since his labs were a mess and he had stopped eating. In my heart and mind Dr. D saved Lenny's life. I'm forever grateful!! ?”

“It doesn't get better than Manor Equine! Dr. Juzwiak is not only extremely qualified and an accomplished surgeon, he is compassionate and sensitive to my horse's needs. The cleanest of facilities, he and his staff have performed several surgeries on my horses over the years, including some challenging cases, and the results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend Manor Equine for orthopedic diagnostics and surgical procedures.”
“This has got to be the best Veterinary location in Harford County. They are honest and have extremely reasonable pricing. I took my Cavapoo to another vet and was given two separate medicines and tests for ear infection and the bill was well over three hundred dollars. Also was given a laundry list of recommendations that were strongly suggested that would have been another $1K. I was fed up with $300.00-350.00 minimum vet visits. Try this place. You will be amazed at small town prices and excellent care for your pet. These people care about your animals and don't try to drain your account! Thank you for your great service and care!”

“Dr. Jim answered my phone on a weekend morning, may not have even been 0730 yet. Unfortunately, had a hen that couldn't get her amoxicillin down in time and i had to make the decision to euthanize. I ain't going to tell yins I cried over a bird at this guy's farm, but wouldve felt comfortable enough with Jim to do so.

From helping us with a dog who is allergic to everything, recommendations for where to go with our other farm animals, helping us say goodbye when they cross the rainbow bridge, and most recently, quickly seeing a kitten who was having urinating issues. They consistently respond to concerns, see us quickly, and then follow up to check on the well being of our pets. Wonderful vet for our fur family.”

You can tell they love their job and every animal that comes through the door. I moved about 30 minutes away but still make the trip to Forest Hill. “I just want to say that I just had to put down my best friend of 12yrs, and it hurts really bad! ?. Banfield was awesome during the entire process. I want to think the whole Banfield staff for the love, support and caring they showed Seabiscuit during his final hours of life, there are not enough thank yous that I can post to show how I really feel.
Secondly, I really want to thank Dr McLaughlin who was his main vet for his whole life, she couldn't have been more perfect for this situation, this being one of the toughest days of me and my wife's life. This woman was good sent, impressive and I'm just so grateful with how we were treated and the love they had for Seabiscuit.
Thank you all so very much! It will never be forgotten, and if we so happen to get another family member, we will be back for the world class care that was given to us.

“I have been following JVC on Facebook for the last several months and was so impressed by Dr. Magnifico's passion and advocacy for the pets and affordable care that it made me want to switch vet practices. Last week I suddenly and unexpectedly ended up with a very sick little dog. In a moment of distress, the question was do I go to my usual vet or do I give JVC a try? I opted to try JVC and I am so happy I did. They fit us in for a sick visit, gave my little guy fluids, did bloodwork and gave us meds on a late Friday afternoon. They kept us out of the ER which is where we would have been headed given his condition. The next day the bloodwork came back with concern. Our little Buddy needed attention. Dr. Morgan gave us the option to go to the ER, or offered to give him fluids before sick clinic hours on Sunday!! Being nearly 15 years old, I knew the stress being hospitalized at the Emergency Vet would cause him. We opted for fluids at JVC on Sunday and have returned every other day for fluids since then. To say I am happy with our experience here is an understatement. Dr. Morgan's communication, response time and options provided have been phenomenal. We have been able to keep our furry family member at home and saved the stress and expense of having him hospitalized. JVC has evening and Saturday hours and even a couple hours on Sunday for sick visits. This is a beautiful facility with caring, compassionate staff. As a bonus, they have adorable gifts for purchase and the proceeds go to a great cause. Thank you JVC!”
