“Our washer broke so in the interim of waiting for the new unit to be delivered, we needed to find a clean, reliable and safe location to wash clothes. King was our choice. For starters, the place is very clean which is a necessary plus. Not only were there several options for load sizes, but the rates were reasonable. I loved the fact that the machines have a tap pay option. You can still pay with coins if you'd like, but I prefer contactless. Only downside, some of the machines were coin only or tap only at the time. I suppose they needed servicing. Added plus ... there was an attendant on-site that assisted with swiping the machine when I had issues. They were very helpful.”
“This is the best dry cleaner I've ever used. They have next day service as the standard for most things. There are also on site tailoring/alteration services. All my dry cleaning and tailoring is done here. Great prices and excellent service. They do all things military and other work uniforms”
“The Island Plaza Cleaners are local heroes! After I moved out of a moldy apartment, they were able to get the mold out of my dry clean clothes, including a handmade wool coat I got from my grandma. When I brought the clothes in, they were realistic and upfront with what they were and were not sure they could get the mold out of. They were also very friendly and understanding! In the end, they got the mold out of everything and saved the coat I got from my grandma?

“I went here after getting turned away from other cleaners to hem a complicated dress that I needed for a wedding in a week and a half. They did a phenomenal job and I am so pleased with the dress! It had detailed stitching on the ends and had a staggered length (short in the front and got extremely long on the sides). Crofton Station Cleaners was able to replicate the staggered length that was more manageable to walk in without having extra cloth pooled on the ground, replicate the detailed stitching at the ends, and get the dress back to me with plenty of time before the wedding. I’m so glad I brought the dress to them because at other places, it may have been ruined! Thank you so much!!”

“My family has been going here for over 20 years, even after we moved about fifteen minutes further away. The family that runs the cleaners is wonderful, very dedicated and helpful. I have brought them the results of my clumsiness, you know what I mean, and they have taken care of 98% of them. In the rare instance where they don't do something right, they bend over backwards to fix it. We also have had items altered and they do a great job at reasonable prices.”

I also have a pair of dress pants that need a simple hem of the pant length and I am confident that it will be perfect! The company, itself, does amazing work and they are there to help you through catastrophes - big or small.
Let me tell you a little more about Danny though. This dude.. He like adopted me and my fiancé. I'd invite him to our wedding! He is so knowledgeable in regard to renter's insurance - he had so many awesome suggestions that didn't even deal with his part of the business, and that is true customer service. When you're in a pickle and have no idea where to turn, it is a true blessing to meet someone like Danny.
I have had to text message Danny multiple times (only because I had a question, not because there was anything further needed from their end) and he ALWAYS responds immediately. You can't put a price on that kind of service. He is just the nicest, down-to-earth guy. I hope you get the opportunity to work with him and his team.
Keep in mind, having your things tossed through by strangers is very scary and uncomfortable. Danny and his team came in and they breezed through our textiles. They never once made us feel like we were "gross" or anything of that sort. That is the type of service that we all yearn for. Don't look up any other company - this is the one you want to help you out. (and ask for my boy Danny!)”

“Recently, our Bob Double Stroller ripped at the seam. I called multiple places with no luck as businesses declined to repair a stroller even with the fabric removed from stroller frame. I called Zeka's and he told me to bring it into the store so he could look at it. He evaluated the tear and repaired it on the spot, reinforcing the stitch from the front and back, and spared me a trip back for pick up. He was a nice man and the work was quality.”
“The owners are wonderful! I brought a floor length flared wedding gown here to be hemmed just a day and a half before the wedding and they took care of it with no problems! “Been going here off and on since 2010, and pretty consistently since our washer at home broke last summer . Gets packed on weekends, but overall great place. Love that the big washers can handle all my family’s laundry in one go most weeks. I think some of the smaller machines need to be replaced because they’ve been down for months, but most of the bigger ones work fine. 30-40 minutes to wash, 40 ish to dry, and I get a couple hours to read a book or listen to a podcast.”

“I was in a rush and needed a suit dry cleaned and returned the same day. I’ve never had to do it before so I was lost and everywhere else couldn’t do it in time or offer any advice. I called Dorsey cleaners and Jake explained why it couldn’t get done today and offered a solution. He steam pressed my suit (which wasn’t dirty to begin with) and had it done in no time. Very friendly and helpful! I will return in the future! Thanks Jake!”
