Made an appointment came in, they took my keys.Everyone was very courteous. Within an hour or so the services were completed. They explain what was done and set me happily on my way. A great experience today

As with many others, I question why I bothered making an appointment if I'm still here 4.5 hours later. It took two hours to do the oil change alone, then at that point I okayed them to check the recommended tire alignment and change the filters (which I thought was part of the oil service?). I was informed another hour after that that I needed a new tire due to a screw in a non-repairable portion of one tire. Ok fine, I don't have another option when I need my car. Another hour and change I'm still sitting in the waiting room. I would absolutely not recommend this shop to anyone. I was not informed that a basic oil change appointment was going to be 2 hours long at any point in the reservation process. If you can't service appointments in a reasonable time, don't offer appointments.
Edit - at the 5 hour mark I asked for an update because my car was just sitting in the bay. Lo and behold it's done. Absolutely unacceptable waste of everyone's time.

The staff at Firestone on Joint Base Andrews surpassed all my expectations! They were exceptionally friendly, informative, and efficient. They've earned my highest recommendation as I've found my new go-to place to ensure my vehicle is in top shape. The facility was spotless and provided a truly exceptional experience.

Service here is not good. Technicians stated that they were working on my car when I call two hours later nothing has been done. I would recommend going anywhere else but to this Firestone.

They had been keeping my 2008 Escape running like new, for the years. Prices are reasonable and work is guaranteed. Today it took 4 1/2 hours for a 12:00 scheduled oil change and alignment.

I would not recommend going here. This location wanted to charge anywhere from $20-30 to plug a tire that had a nail in it. This was after being on hold for 15 minutes. I recommend going to Wiygul Automotive Clinic and its 8 locations. There is one in Clinton conveniently outside the gate. Thank me later.

Had 9am appointment for one tire and didn't get out til 1pm then they had the audacity to give me a 5 year old tire
