I think the packages just sit in the back when you take packages there to get mailed off. There has always been a delay to individuals receiving what I have sent from that location.

Was here at 9:30 still not open and I needed to mail the package today.(3/14)
Came back at 9:50 on 4/15 and door is locked again. I waited until the woman arrived and politely asked what time they open and she confirmed it’s 9.(which is what their sign says)

It's 9:30 and it's still not open. If you're not going to open at 9, then change the hours you post.

We came here for a money order and the young woman that was working the counter had it ready for us super fast, tucked away in a little envelope. She was patiently helping an older woman pack her box when I came in who was struggling with getting the most bang for her buck out of a prepaid mailer. I think she might have been the only person working, they're probably super understaffed. She was on her stuff and got me in and out of there quick before going back to helping pack the box. It's a really small post office tho so have patience if you roll in there over lunch time or something, if it gets busy they probably don't have a lot of bandwidth.

Supposed to open at 9. Lights off and door locked still. Random breaks throughout the day slow things down even more.

Why is no one ever here? Late lunches, not coming back on time, late opening in the morning. I understand they are understaffed but don’t post hours if you can’t make the times on the door.

Guess post office can just not show up to work whenever they want. Supposed to open at 0900. Waited 20 minutes and still no one there, no one showed up.

Probably one of the best on base post offices I’ve been to. Can’t speak on the other workers there but the good looking light skin lady at the front knows her stuff. She is patient with customers and they all seem to like her. The service has been quick and easy my last 3 visits.

I have a package with the paid label on it and all I want to do is drop it off. 8:30 am and there's some people at a desk in the back, they say I can't drop it off and to return at 9. I return at 9. 9:05. 9:10. People are coming and going as they're still not open. I finally left as i have no clue when they'll decide to open. It's not like we're on a facility serving busy active duty military personnel or anything. Pathetic.

Habitually opens anywhere between 15 minutes to over an hour late. Staff oscillate between being rude and unhelpful to polite. Inconsistent.
