The lady that was working 7/30/2026 at 9am was so rude. She clearly didn’t want to work. Asked for assistance she was mad she had to get off the phone and she rudely half helped. I asked for her name and she refused to give it out. Maybe a refresher on customer service would help.

I think the packages just sit in the back when you take packages there to get mailed off. There has always been a delay to individuals receiving what I have sent from that location.

Was here at 9:30 still not open and I needed to mail the package today.(3/14)
Came back at 9:50 on 4/15 and door is locked again. I waited until the woman arrived and politely asked what time they open and she confirmed it’s 9.(which is what their sign says)
