“The store was very clean and has a lot of options. However it is sad to see only one employee working a lot of the time. I saw Mary take my $5 coupon even though see didn't notice that I saw the theft of of her being sneaky when I was putting my items in the cart. She also was trying to get me to buy less because it was clearance items. She explained she had to manually ring each item and I had an entire cart full of merchandise. I was shocked she took my coupon thinking I did not notice! This problem should be rectified immediately! Being as though she was the only employee I wasn't able to handle this with anyone! However I was glad to not be followed like the store in Pasadena!”

“Why is it, every time I shop here for a specific purpose, I leave with a basket full of amazing merchandise ?
Best place I've found for quality cookware, upscale wall art and bedding. Can't forget the hundreds of candles and pet supplies. Love this store. We have bought 4' rabbits and ducks, 5' flamingos and other amazing items, I didn't know it needed.”

“This was my first time at this location. The shelves were stocked and organized. I did not have to stand in a long line, and once I got to the register, I forgot batteries, and the cashier was helpful and stepped away to assist my daughter by showing her where to find the batteries. It was easy to find what I needed, cost was reasonable, and store associate was helpful. Overall experience was 5 stars”
“The store and prices are awesome, but there is a group that hangs out in front of the store. Clearly intoxicated and at times they are pretty belligerent and volatile. I wish the store would do something about it.”
“Nice Dollar Tree, located in Bel Air, MD. This store is pretty big and spacious. It is easily accessible since it is at the end of the shopping center. The store has a good variety of items and is always well stocked. They have a decent food and beverage isle, and the place is relatively clean. I've been coming here for several years and never had any negative issues.”
“Never have difficulty finding deals, this time was personal care items, snacks and a cute 4th July shopping bag that fit all my items easily. Cashier was friendly, fast and got me signed up quick for their rewards program. Store is clean, bright and large!”

“Walmart in Baltimore County is much better and cleaner. Items in stock is well organized and easy to find and the employees are respectful and professional when doing their jobs. The only problem I have is whenever I apply for a job position here or the one on Washington Blvd, the HR department never view my applications. Be nice if I had a chance to be part of the company success but I guess it's not my time yet.. Other than that all is good. ?”

“This is probably the most organized Dollar Tree in this area and shoppers have atleast 4 others to choose from in a 5 mile radius. I like that the inventory is actually on the shelves and displayed instead of a bunch of boxes blocking the aisles and junk everywhere. Whoever the mgr is... they've done a great job to turn this store around.”

I had this one employee name Annie she was so sweet to help me and my mother look for items we could not find. The store is cleaner and stocked way better. This will forever be my home store. “The staff here is very friendly. I shop here and many other Dollar Trees very often. There's a African American gentleman who's almost always stocking shelves when I'm here. He is always very friendly and always puts effort into helping customers before they even ask. He is awesome.”
