“Stopped in one hour from closing to get car keys copied. Although it wasn't an easy key cut (2010 car with a transponder in the key blank) Chris was fantastic and even took the time to go out to the car to make sure they worked. Fantastic customer service. Thanks Chris! You are truly a gem!”

Seeing an online circular is what made me take the drive to this location. The sales were awesome and the availability of products was enough for everyone. They even had fresh pickles at the deli. The lunch meat purchased was fresh as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely be taking this drive again because it was definitely worth the money saved.”

“This is the small local hardware store that blows the big box stores away. Joe, Eric and Mitch have all the answers for plumbing, electrical and landscaping supplies. Mitch is top notch
mechanic. He did the annual service on my zero turn and did more than expected compared to the big tractor shops. Glad you are here in Glen Arm.”
“This is my favorite Home Depot location, been going here for years. They always have their items in stock. They have the best selection of wood and very attentive staff, if needed. I wish all Home Depot stores were as well run as this one.”

“They just opened in my area, I've never been to one before. I came in to get my step-dad a tool kit. I am clueless when it comes to this stuff but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Every staff member I walked passed greeted me. A guy stocking shelves asked if I needed help (im sure I looked lost lol) I showed him a picture of the toolkit and he took me right over to it and was super nice. I hate asking for help because a lot of store associates make you feel like youre bothering them but that was not the case here. “I went to this location to purchase two packages of GB Gardner Bender Split Flex Tubing 10' x 3/8" & 1/2". Upon entering the store I was promptly greeted with a genuine smile and "Hello." In fact, every team member that I encountered was friendly and asked if I needed help! This was a refreshing change from most Home Depot where the associates see a customer approaching and make a B line like a bat out of hell. Even worse, you do catch one and they are miserable, mad at the world and act as if you are bothering them! I elected to skip the self-checkout kiosks and went to Zachary, Cashier in the Pro Depot. Zachary greeted me with a nice smile and a warm greeting. He quickly entered my Pro number, processed my items and billed me out. Overall, this location has awesome team members, is clean and well stocked and organized. Kudos to all of the team members here for providing a refreshing customer service experience! I will definitely return to this location when I am in the area.”

“This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.”
“Online inventory was very accurate, save lots of time online navigation with product location shelf and they were very accurate. I was able to get in and out and checked out within 15 to 20 minutes and on my way to my project.”
“I’d like to recognize two outstanding workers ,Mr. Bill and Nate. Mr. Bill went above and beyond to assist my friend and me, not once but twice. Despite the tile section not being his department, he provided valuable advice from a homeowner’s perspective. Remarkably, when we returned for a second visit, Nate greeted us promptly and eagerly offered his help. They were going to have to order just the cap, since they only had the whole kit, but they were nice enough to break apart the kit and just sell me what I needed so I didn't have to drive back up when the part came in”
