Silver Spring Animal Hospital

Veterinarians
Hours: Silver Spring Animal Hospital provides exceptional veterinary care with a focus on customer satisfaction. The hospital is known for its fantastic customer service, with staff taking the time to discuss individual needs and concerns. The veterinarians, including Dr. Krishna and Dr. Benton, are highly praised for their care and attentiveness towards both pets and owners. They take a holistic approach to pet care, clearly explaining health issues and treatment options. The facility is clean and bright, and the staff is well-trained, kind, and competent. The practice is certified fear-free, which means they have training to help calm fearful dogs, making it a great choice for pets who may be anxious. Clients appreciate the thoroughness of the staff, especially during times when in-office visits are limited, as they provide detailed communication before and after appointments. However, there have been some concerns regarding the new online pharmacy setup, particularly with communication about order approvals. Overall, Silver Spring Animal Hospital is highly recommended for its thorough and caring approach to pet care.
