“I made a mistake and learned that the $15 administrative fee is for when the office has to call the pharmacy to coordinate the RX, etc. I thought I was going to be charged $15 for obtaining a written RX when coming into the Animal Care Clinic. I have since talked to them and found out that I would not be charged for picking up a written RX. I would like to change and withdrawal my previous comment of them being "Extortionists". When you make mistake, it is important to correct the comments and the review. I read the email and it wasn't clear enough for me and I placed the review negatively affecting the business. I apologize for the misunderstanding and appreciate the business for reaching out to explain it to me directly.”
“Antrim has been so good to our pets and us. They are extremely thorough and really take the time to look into all of our seniors medical issues and make recommendations for care that have been very helpful. The entire staff is great. So glad I found them when I moved up here.”

“I’ve taken my pets here for around 4 years. They have always been kind, thorough, never tried to upsell me, and had reasonable prices. Recently my dog had to be put to sleep. They came to my house so he was able to pass in peace and comfort. That meant the world to my family. I recommend them 100%”
“We take our animals here for their care. The vets and techs are always so caring. This most recent visit was to have an older cat looked at. They diagnosed her quickly and with care. She had to be euthanized and it was handled with compassion and grace. I got to spend time with her before saying goodbye. The procedure was completed kindly. They put a blanket for her to rest on. They have many options for cremation and final resting place. They also do paw prints in clay.”
