Sheetz of Knoxville is a 24/7 convenience store that offers a wide variety of products and freshly made food. Customers can enjoy award-winning Made•To•Order® food and hand-made Sheetz Bros. Coffeez® drinks while fueling their cars. The store provides packaged snacks, drinks, tobacco, and CBD products, making it a one-stop shop for many needs. The location is consistently clean and not overly crowded, with good service and quick speeds. Many customers appreciate the convenience of loading up on food and gas for the day. However, experiences with food quality vary. Some customers praise the delicious sandwiches, fries, and shakes, especially during summer, while others find the bread stale, tortillas hard, and fries soggy. The quality of certain items like burgers is also a concern, with some tasting boiled instead of grilled. Service quality can differ, with some staff members being very friendly and helpful, like one cashier known for excellent customer service, while others may not acknowledge customers promptly. Overall, Sheetz is highly regarded for its convenience, clean environment, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for quick bites and fuel. Despite some inconsistencies in food quality and service, many customers remain loyal and recommend Sheetz for its variety and accessibility.
When using my card, I get a percentage off. I always like their gas

I’ve been to many Sheetz in my time, this is by far one of the best. Bit into my chicken parm and cried tears of joy. They feed me and the work crew almost every day now. NO ONE preps the chicken parm’s like they do here. Excellent customer service too btw (super speedy order time)
