Sheetz of Charles Town is a busy convenience store that offers a variety of services and products, including award-winning Made•To•Order® food and Sheetz Bros. Coffeez® drinks. Open 24/7, it provides packaged snacks, drinks, tobacco, and CBD products, making it a go-to spot for customers at any time. The staff is noted for their professionalism and friendliness, with a second shift manager who ensures quality service, even during busy times. Customers appreciate the quick service and the clean environment, particularly the accessible restrooms. While the store can get crowded due to its location near the casino, the employees strive to maintain high standards in food preparation, often exceeding expectations. Although there are occasional issues with to-go orders, the overall experience at this Sheetz location is positive, highlighted by the quality of the food and the helpfulness of the staff.
