Two employees were bringing a chicken coop around the building. I asked if they were selling it, and instead of telling me the model and that it was available inside, they just told me I couldn't buy the display units. No other information.
Of course you can't buy the display units. I just wanted the coop. She then used to opportunity to tell the other employee to make sure people know they can't but the display units. It felt weird and condescending.
I had to go inside and ask another employee about it, then go back outside to point the coop out to that employee, all the while being awkwardly ignored by other two employees who had moved the coop.
I get that they may have been distracted, but the two employees moving the coop could have at least given me the model info or directed me inside. Very awkward.”
“Darrell, an Associate in the Lawn and Garden department, is very knowledgeable and kind, genuine and easy to work with/talk to. He went out of his way to help my Mom and I with what we needed. He had thoughtful suggestions and questions. Plus, without our asking, he walked us out and loaded our vehicle with a very heavy item. We are very appreciative and thankful to Darrell!”

“Everytime you go here and don’t know where to find anything . The person you want to ask for is Miss/Mrs Kanika. I always pray she’s on duty each time . This woman knows where almost everything in this homedepo is at and off her head too . Miss Kanika is always ready to help and with a smile too . I usually drive extra 5min away from a different home depo that’s closer to me just to come to this location cos I know all my problems are solved in terms of finding anything soon as I see Miss Kanika. “Went online and saw a grill when I got there they were out of stock one of the associates assisted me and he was awesome actually they all were, once I checked out my items they held them for me until I was able to get a truck to pick them up, not only that the grill I got was 180.00 they gave me 40.00 off for inconvenience due to the grill I wanted being out of stock. They also was handy to show me the request items I needed and did not just tell me or point.. I will go there anytime very friendly associates.”
