“I visited NTB and the service was excellent - from when I walked in, until I left! I went for a new tire because it was completely flat, but I asked if it could be plugged. They checked it and told me that I didn't need a new one, which I was so grateful for. As a woman, we tend to be taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs, so the fact that they were honest with me, I truly appreciated! I will be back when I DO need new ones!”

“I bought my husband's Chevy Silverado in for an oil change and diagnostic service for another issue that was going on. Dave gave us the diagnostic print out as well as a text that included a video of the items needing replacement and he was able to answer and explain everything in great detail. The kind young lady that checked me in is very knowledgeable as well and very professional. I am glad that we used Wiygul Automotive Clinic of Waldorf for this service and I recommend them to anyone else looking to service their automobile. “I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, and overall, the experience was decent but not perfect. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and professional. They completed the oil change in about 20 minutes, which was convenient.
However, I noticed after leaving that they forgot to place the reminder sticker on my windshield. While not a huge deal, I do rely on that sticker to keep track of my next oil change. It’s a small but important detail that helps customers maintain their vehicles.
Other than that, the service was fine, and the waiting area was clean. If they paid more attention to small details like the reminder sticker, it would have been a five-star experience. I’d still consider coming back, but I’ll be sure to double-check next time.”

Southern Tire and Auto Centers has given me the best experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop. As someone who works on their own car, I can say these guys know what they’re doing.
I’ve had two sets of custom or aftermarket rims installed here over the past few years, and both times they handled them with care and got everything mounted quickly. When I needed an alignment with my second set, they sent me to their St. Patrick’s Dr. location because the machine there grabs the tires instead of the rims just to protect my wheels. That level of honesty is rare.
Highly recommend!”

I’ve tried a few other places before, and honestly, I was never impressed — but Spirit of America completely changed that. My car has never looked this clean! They’re thorough, fast, and really work as a team. Even with just a basic wash, wipe-down, and vacuum, they make sure everything looks spotless.
The staff is kind, professional, and pay attention to detail without making you feel rushed. It takes a few extra minutes compared to a quick drive-through wash, but it’s absolutely worth it. I’ve also noticed how accommodating they are with other customers who have special requests — they really care about doing the job right.
