Dave gave us the diagnostic print out as well as a text that included a video of the items needing replacement and he was able to answer and explain everything in great detail. The kind young lady that checked me in is very knowledgeable as well and very professional. I am glad that we used Wiygul Automotive Clinic of Waldorf for this service and I recommend them to anyone else looking to service their automobile. “I've now used Southern Tire & Auto Center three times, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle's A/C system and needed it diagnosed and repaired quickly. Even though it was somewhat of an emergency, they were able to fit me in the very next day and get everything taken care of the same day.
Throughout all of my visits, the staff has been professional, honest, and easy to work with. I especially want to recognize LeeAnne and Tony for consistently providing outstanding customer service. They took the time to explain what was going on, kept me informed throughout the process, and made the entire experience stress-free.

“Love it here, they've always done a great job. Only thing is, part of why I use to come was because the car wash did great underbody wash. It never wakes under anymore. Not sure if it just doesn't work, or if they don't turn that part on. But when I ask, they say it works. It definitely does not.”

“Overall customer service was great. However I had to return my car back to Valvoline to rechecked the fluid levels which was low which caused knocking noises under back rear area. Valvoline rechecked and added the fluids and the knocking did stop.”
