I watched him deal with one of the rudest customers I’ve seen in a while, and when I say he handled it like a pro… he really did. He stayed calm, professional, and respectful, but also didn’t let her talk to him any kind of way. That balance is not easy.
I made sure to tell him I noticed and appreciated how he handled it. People are quick to complain, but not always quick to give credit when it’s due.
Customer service like that deserves recognition.”

“Absolutely amazing experience!! I needed a copy of car key (with fob) that the dealership wanted an outrageous amount for. I was able to get the exact key needed less than half the price. And everyone from the manager who special ordered the right key to the staff person who programmed it were just outstanding. I haven't experienced such great customer service from any store in a very long time. 10/10 stars! Highly recommend!!!”
