“Looking at the reviews, it seems like the only reason anyone comments is out of frustration. And I understand their frustration because i've been coming to this post office for thirteen years now. However, I would say that in the last 8 to 9 months. The culture here has shifted greatly towards customer service and satisfaction. The employees they have now really do seem to care. And they treat us with dignity and respect. I feel much more like a customer than just work that walked in.Shout out to the leadership of the La Plata Post Office.”
