“Excellent B&B right in the town of Frostburg which was a neat town to walk around in. We walked to a steakhouse less than a mile away and there were multiple other dining options that were walkable.
Room was super clean and the air conditioning worked great on a very hot day in the 90s.
Breakfast was good as well. I had the scrambled eggs, potatoes and toast. My wife had the pancakes and they were amazing.
Bike trailhead is within about a 1/4 mile.
Very good experience and friendly guest to chat with at breakfast.”
“Absolutely the best kennel for pets that I have ever used and my wife and I have lived in multiple states!! They are so professional and my dog gets excited about going there. I have never had any issue regarding fleas and ticks there, unlike other boarding places. Their prices are reasonable and I like their grooming services.”

“Perfect place to stay on my Pitt-DC bike ride. Perfect location right on the bike trail and next to a huge bike shop and restaurants. Great rooms, laundry, staff, and breakfast buffet. Would stay here every time!”
“We stayed in The Monk Room. The place is beautiful. We didn’t mind but if you can’t walk up three flights of stairs you may want to stay on the lower level. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“So grateful to have been able to stay at the Gunter Hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and looked exactly as advertised. Our Airbnb host was supportive and gave detailed information on how to find the hotel and what we could do around the area. Overall, the Gunter Hotel perfectly suited our needs for our visit to Frostburg and I would absolutely stay here again!”

“I had a wonderful experience staying at Sleep Inn. The Indian woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She was honestly one of the best receptionists I’ve had in a very long time and truly made the whole experience for us. The hotel was clean, friendly, and comfortable. Because of her amazing customer service, I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel to others!”

“A perfect place for solo travelers staying for a couple of nights. When I pulled up I was genuinely a bit scared! But the check in was quick and friendly and the room was very inviting. The beds are soft and everything is clean, if a bit worn (I certainly don't mind the rustic look!). I loved the location being just outside the bustling main street so it felt more peaceful, but it's still a short walk to all the action! I'll certainly be coming back here!”

“Fantastic 4 day stay! Stayed in the king suite with livingroom, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable king bed! Everyone was very friendly at the kiosk check in/out, front desk, and management! Tons of sites to see, a wide variety of places to eat, quick access to shopping from boutiques to groceries, and all within walking distance of a few minutes. Water pressure and temp was always consistent and good. This hotel is in a great location and has a fantastic crew.”

“Disappointed! spent two nights and wanted to extend my stay , was told the hotel was full. Front desk lady was rude! There were dirty towels behind the bathroom door and food crumbs between the bed sheets. I could have stayed at numerous other places, but I chose this location. Good Luck.”
