Had the best experience here today. Finally found an Auto Zone that isn't understaffed. I needed a battery. Brittney check my battery right away and was very motivated to install my battery because a storm was coming and I had my daughter with me. Other sales associates apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience.

Great customer service today. Was able to get what I wanted and the website displayed the correct item in stock. The place was a little full, but I imagine that’s how most auto stores are on a Sunday. The line went fairly quick though. Plenty parking and there were different payment options including apple pay. All in all, nothing to really complain about, and something to give kudos on for the excellent customer experience. Also, it’s usually unlikely to have so many staff in place. Happy they had that. It rlly help to move things along.

I was out of town and my headlight went out and I needed windshield wipers. I ended up only buying the light because I NEEDED that immediately, but I left the wipers even though it was raining off and on. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the prices not the customer service. The guy tried to get me to buy the wipers (his job) but those things wet about $15 more than they were at Walmart. So work on those prices for 5stars. They maybe so much more because they will put them on for you. #builtthatcostin. Makes sense, but I ended up buying them from Walmart and YouTubing how to install. OAN, I would have did the same for that bulb, but I needed it…it was too expensive as well. I bought it from them and installed it myself.

I walked into this store to buy wiper blades ,headlights and a battery and I stood up in a line for almost 20 minutes and was becoming mad already, finally I came to a cashier called Bertrand .E , I think he is from Africa , I have never seen such excellent clientele ?, he will run for anything he needs to collect to help me,I was satisfied with his service to the point that I asked him how much I was to give him for the job done and he said it’s a free service and whatever I wanted to give him was Enough.very generous a guy, I recommend everyone to ask for Bertrand.E when you get to that store…

Great experience. Very helpful. One worker explained to me how to remove the back on my key fob to put in my new battery. They even let me use their screw driver right in the store so that I could do it myself. I was very grateful.
