Our driver BJ did a phenomenal job navigating through the narrow city streets and went above and beyond to ensure our group was well taken care of. The communication, being more than on time and professional has not gone unnoticed. We will be booking again!”

“I bought my spinner knob, mobility scooter and lift through locally-owned Auto Assist, after checking out snd being disappointed by a nationwide company. Auto Assist installed the knob and lift, and provide excellent service on all three. When we had a paraplegic relative and his family visiting from out west, Auto Assist provided the rental van to accommodate his large motorized wheelchair, enabling them to see all the DC sites they wanted plus attend his grand-uncle’s 100th birthday party in Baltimore!”

“Easy access with first class boarding passes. Desk ladies were friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom and quiet, comfortable, and simple lounge area. Nothing fancy and great access to the platform.”
“It's nice to have the bus as a transportation option between NYC and D.C., however, the new location at 11th Avenue in Manhattan is quite the walk from Penn Station - a major transit area which also served as Bolt Bus' original location. The walk from Penn to the Bolt stop on W.36th and 11th takes 30 minutes at a steady pace. I hope this helps!Bolt Bus was much cleaner 3 years ago. It appears their standards have lowered.”

“Awesome place, i was having a pretty bad day. Car breaks down 500 miles from home and my grandfathers funeral. Forced to leave my car and get a bus. Just all but crying im so mad. Not sure I was even in the right place. Alejandro was helpfull and made the situation feel light and not all that horrible. Def the best greyhound experiance ive had ever. Thank you again Alejandro and silversprings md all around made my day”

“Very clean and easy to navigate. There are many signs and google maps can also help you navigate the MTA. I was on a layover from a flight and decided to explore the city. I was able to get there on public transportation from the airport and get back before my flight with no issues.”
