Terrible !! recently lost a prescription of mine and have been fighting tooth and nail to get it fixed . when I spoke over the phone with a pharmacist( who I should’ve gotten her name for proof) told me that I would be able to get given a temporary fill for the meantime. However, once I got there that was not the case, and both pharmacists on site at the time looked at me as if I was speaking of foreign language. Needless to say I did not get the medication nor help that I needed.

Excellent service from the employee Celia, as for the manager, a while ago I sent him an email about a complaint from an employee and he never answered me, even though I sent him the email several times, he never answered me because one day I went to this same one. store and I approached an employee and asked him about a medication and he was very upset and shouted things at me in English and spoke very badly to me in front of everyone without me having said anything and despite sending him several emails saying what had happened to the person. The manager never answered me and that is a lack of education and service to a customer. However, Celia is a very polite and attentive person, not like that rude employee or like the person who claims to be a MANAGER and does not even answer a customer complaint.

The customer service has gone downhill in the past couple years.
I made an appointment for a vaccine. I went to the consultation window to check in. I was told to go to the drop-off window (in the time she took to tell me this, she could've checked me in), where I had to wait 15min just to check in. Then another 20min to see the person who administers the shot. Why bother with an appointment?!
After that, I had to pickup a prescription. The cashier said I owed a $30 copay. I told him my copay assistance card should be on file and cover that, so I handed him the card. He went to ask someone, and then returned saying I had to wait 45min because she wanted to take a lunch break first.
Terrible customer service! If you know what you want, and can do self checkout, you'll be fine.

The entrance door was blocked off. Not enough staff, one person was working the floor. The pharmacy seemed well staffed though.

I visited this place to submit my Temo return and they have no QR code scanner, after long conversations with manager Mr. Raz, the boy named Mr. Jeff fixed the problem and I can submitted my Temo return at CVS center. Jeff is young and so helpful guys. I wish his success. In our work place sometimes we face some complex issues but helpful and extra serve attitude can overcome this type of obstacle and achieve customer satisfaction.

The 24 CVS is a waste of time because the medicine is delivered on time and people have preference if they are from their country or color, they help them and deliver the medicine quickly. I've seen that there and boy because he's the only one. Open 24 hours a day, not because I like going there, bad service......

They have great people there. They just need more more cashiers. The Pharmacy techs are great. the people that do back up work are great. They are obviously stressed out , but they are very professional. They just need more cashiers. the cashiers serve two people at a time to quicken things up. They need more people.
