“The pool is pretty fun you can just swim around really but I'm pretty sure a few years ago before coronavirus someone almost drowned so they made a new rule that you have to have someone that is 15 or older to swim by themself but I came with my brother and he lied about being 15 to let him in but they said someone has after me even though I didn't need to be looked after and he could just look after me we couldn't go in but I'm not sure if that rules to apply so I'll update if it is when it opens this year”
“We had an absolutely outstanding experience visiting this landmark Apartments in College Park! Earlier that same day, my daughter and I had toured another apartment and were leaning toward it—but everything changed after we arrived here.
The apartments themselves are beautiful, spotless, and have such a great atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything, including restaurants and the university—which makes it even more appealing. On top of that, the community offers a wide range of amenities that really elevate the living experience.
Carol completely won us over. She gave an exceptional tour, spending plenty of time with us, really listening to what my daughter is looking for, and thoughtfully walking us through all the options. Her professionalism, polish, and genuine care stood out immediately—she made us feel informed, comfortable, and truly valued.
Ryan helped us complete the paperwork online. He guided us through the application and leasing website with patience and clarity, making the process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, Carol delivered a fantastic tour, and Ryan made navigating the application process easy. Together, they left a lasting impression. Their level of service reflects so positively on this community—thank you for creating such a welcoming and professional environment!”

“I’m a resident at 909 for 5 years I Iove it at 909 capital yards an the maintenance staff is great especially Mr. Cleveland he came to the building and got things done you put in a maintenance ticket for service request and it’s done in an hour not the next day but the same day can we please keep Mr. Cleveland he really gets the job done. The building is starting to look beautiful.”
“Leah gave us all the information we needed to feel prepared for our move-in, and made sure everything was communicated ahead of time, which made the whole process smooth. She was always willing to accommodate us and stayed easy to reach throughout. Leah and her team made sure we felt welcome from the start, taking care of several things without even being asked such as replacing the carpet with new flooring. She went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable coming to her with anything, and she resolves issues quickly. Her responsiveness to emails is genuinely impressive!”
“We had an excellent experience working with Andrew to visit, tour, and apply to Monroe Street Market! During our visit to the community, Andrew listened closely to what we were looking for and showed us several great apartments that fit our needs. After our tour, he stayed in contact by email as several other units that appealed to us went on the market, and expertly answered our questions about them. Andrew also guided us through the application process once we found an apartment we loved and kept us updated throughout. Because of a change in our circumstances, we didn't ultimately move into the community, but I have only positive things to say about working with Andrew and the beautiful apartments at Monroe Street Market. “I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but my experience at The Alloy deserves to be spoken about in full.
From the moment I lived here, it was clear that this is a well-maintained, thoughtfully designed building. The amenities alone set it apart. The pool is great during summer, clean, spacious, and genuinely enjoyable during the warmer months. The clubhouse is equally impressive, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment with features like a pool table and plenty of space to relax or unwind. When I was still in school, the building was especially valuable to me because of the multiple quiet and well-kept study areas. It made balancing life and work significantly easier.
However, what truly elevates The Alloy beyond just a “nice building” is the people.
I want to give special recognition to Ms. Tiffany, a leasing agent who went far beyond what was required of her. She assisted me in re-letting my apartment during a time when I truly needed help, despite the fact that she did not have to take on that responsibility. Her willingness to step in and support me quite literally saved me from months of financial strain. That kind of character, initiative, and genuine care is rare, and it made a lasting impact on me.
I would also like to acknowledge the leasing manager, who fosters a professional and well-run environment within the building. It’s clear that there is strong leadership behind the scenes that contributes to the smooth experience residents have.
All in all, The Alloy is more than just a place to live, it’s a place where you are supported, where the environment is conducive to both productivity and relaxation, and where the staff truly make a difference.
I’m grateful for my time here, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering living in the area.”

Adryan was always very professional and cordial, addressing all of our concerns in a timely manner. She is very personable and does everything in her power to help all residents. “One thing about here is the maintenance is great!! Especially Terrence!! Every issue I’ve had that he’s fixed from my refrigerator to my dishwasher was fixed the right way and done with care. Terrence is very respectful and definitely a reliable source for our apartments. Thank you!!”

“I will keep this short and simple to get across why I gave this management group, but more specifically Brittany Casey five stars. I toured a 1BD/1BR unit on a Thursday I believe. I left the tour feeling like I found the right place to call home for the foreseeable future. after the crazy Day After Tomorrow storm we we all victims of hit, Ms. Casey went above and beyond to not only get me in my unit promptly, but also advocating for me to keep my concession ( rent promo) that, because of the storm, could have been forfeited. She, as I am writing this review, is working before the leasing office opens! working on finalizing the small details to have ready for me once I arrive this afternoon.
Its not often that people do more than what is required by their job title. However, Ms. Casey not only did more than she had to, she also kept a very personable and professional demeanor about herself through it all.”

“I've been living here four months exactly and it's been excellent so far. Management, maintenance and residents have been nothing but kind and very professional. My biggest concern is always when I move to a new place is usually. Do they have either rodents or roaches. Which is a huge red flag for me. Meanwhile, Briarwood Place seems to have everything under control. 😇”

“After touring two terrible complexes just down the street, I stopped by The Everly with low expectations—and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of service, the community atmosphere, and the overall upkeep were all impressive. It was truly a night-and-day difference from my previous tours. Angelica was incredibly friendly and helpful while showing me around. The studio and one-bedroom units I viewed were beautiful, though they didn’t offer the closet space I needed. If you’re looking to rent in this area, I highly recommend checking them out.”

“I had a hole in my tub and Resident Coordinator who is the best and the head maintenance guy and plumber did an awesome job making sure it got done in a reasonable time frame. The coordinator also seen other drywall repairs that needed to be done to my wall and ceiling and put in an order for me. The professionalism has gotten way better with this new staff. Thx you all”
