“The five stars are for my salesperson. Service would get a two-star. I bought a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher from Paul Walterhoefer 2 years ago. He helped me select appliances for my kitchen remodel. My review does not reflect my service experience. June 2025 my freezer started icing over. it also affected the refrigerator and started freezing produce and other items. I have had the service department out numerous times (at least 7 times) to replace many different parts and the last time they came out with a part that they replaced first it back in June. I called Paul very frustrated. he looked into the issue and the same day he got my refrigerator replaced. Paul cares about his customers even after the sale. Service text that came out could learn customer service from Paul.”

I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Dennis and JOJO! I went in interested in purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4 and possibly a Samsung Watch Ultra. Dennis took the time to explain the differences between the open-box and brand-new options without rushing me or pressuring me into making a decision. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process comfortable.
I also had questions about trading in my current watch for a newer model, and Dennis directed me over to JOJO in the Geek Squad department. JOJO was fast, efficient, and very helpful with checking my trade-in value and explaining my options clearly.
In the end, I decided to go with the open-box Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Big thanks to both Dennis and JOJO for the excellent customer service and smooth experience!”

“Recently purchased a new refrigerator from DAD's, and really appreciated their customer service, attention to detail and responsiveness. There were some issues with the fridge out of the box (manufacturing issues) and Sean worked with me for weeks until it was resolved. He was always very helpful in addressing the problems and I knew I could trust that it would be resolved. In the past I have purchased washer/dryers from other stores and addressing any post install issues was a nightmare. With DAD's you get a fair price, great customer service/follow up and the right appliance for your needs.”

“I went this morning to grab some mulch and staff was extremely helpful. I realized at checkout that my phone was missing. It had been in my cart. Miss Brenda immediately began searching the gardening section where I had been shopping and calling my phone so we could find it. She even reached out to another customer who had been buying mulch at the same time as me and provided me with his contracting business card to see if it accidentally ended up in their cart.
She walked with me to my car to search the parking lot. Eventually Miss Linda found it and let us know. I just really appreciated the genuine kindness and consideration for a customer by both ladies.

Can be hit and miss occasionally as some tools may be older and work out, but you should talk to an associate and examine the tool you are renting carefully for any damage or warn blades, etc. One concern is the lines can be long sometimes, too.”

“Would recommend republic Tel-A-Rent to anyone!! They were super helpful and willing to work with us on payments. We rented a washer & dryer. Our checks fell on odd days vs the payment date and they were able to work with us for that. We had issues with the dryer the first week we had it and they were very quick to come out and fix it! Definitely an awesome staff!”
