“I bought my dress at K&B today and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with there, from my pre-appointment consultation call through my appointment was super friendly and warm.
Kate, who I worked with while trying dresses, was great and a total bridal dress pro. She paid attention to both what I said I was looking for and also my reactions to all of the dresses, and used her observations to pull dresses that I may not have originally thought I’d like. Her approach worked because I found a dress that I loved, but may not have picked off the rack to try on my own. I fully expected to have to go to multiple bridal shops to find the dress, but thanks to Kate, I got it on the first try!
I also loved that as a size 16, I was actually able to try on and get into every dress I was looking at. The size inclusivity was SO appreciated.”
